You must commit to the BeeNBiz quality chart. Subscribers to our management and booking system form a community intended to expand and should share common values. These commitments guarantee a good image for each of the members and are the basis of established trust among users and of the excellent results obtained:

• The proposed accommodation must be of high quality, whatever the category in which you stand.
• Information published through BeeNBiz must be accurate, up-to-date and complete.
• The photographs must be of high quality in all locations (framing, lighting, sharpness, etc.). This is particularly important and determines the success of your establishment. If you have any difficulties on this point, we can help. Tell us.
• All bookings of your establishment must be managed through BeeNBiz ensuring that your online schedules are always up to date (the online schedule update is automatic when you confirm a reservation). Reservation requests must be processed as quickly as possible.
• The person in charge of the processing of the booking requests through BeeNBiz must be fluent in 2 languages, including English.
• Compliance to rates and procedures published through BeeNBiz must be absolute. Our system has many tools and features designed for maximizing customer satisfaction.
• To the extent that non-compliance with this quality chart would damage BeeNBiz image and those of its members, WMS reserves the right not to renew the membership of any establishment which fails to these commitments.
